Audio Paak has released his new single ‘Fire’ via Alikoto Music Consult, continuing his transition from Afrobeats into Afro house. The track reflects his growing focus on melodic production, African rhythmic influences, and dancefloor-oriented arrangements.

Having started DJing at the age of nine, Audio Paak developed his musical background through an early connection with rhythm and performance. His current work builds on that foundation while exploring the melodic and percussive characteristics of Afro house.

‘Fire’ opens around a rhythmic structure of prominent kicks and shuffling percussion. Layered synthesizers introduce atmospheric elements, while an expressive female vocal brings a softer melodic presence to the production.

As the track develops, an arpeggiated lead, pulsing electronic textures, and sustained pads add movement and depth. Additional vocal layers reinforce the central hook without interrupting the underlying groove.
