DJ Tennis and Seth Troxler have expanded their creative activities beyond electronic music with the opening of Seth & Manni’s, a deli located in Ibiza’s Marina Botafoch. The venue opened in September 2026, combining gastronomy, cocktails, and postmodern design.
The concept brings together two culinary traditions connected to its founders: American deli culture and Sicilian street food. Its menu includes sandwiches, cocktails, and specialties prepared with ingredients sourced from the island.
Located overlooking Ibiza’s harbor and the historic walls of Dalt Vila, Seth & Manni’s is designed as an informal meeting place that connects food, music, and visual culture.
The interior was developed by Canadian designer Toby Gauley in collaboration with Memphis Milano, the influential design collective established in Milan in 1981 by Ettore Sottsass and fellow architects and designers.
Known for its geometric forms, striking colors, and unconventional combinations, the collective’s design language is reflected throughout the venue’s furniture and interior finishes.
With Seth & Manni’s, DJ Tennis and Seth Troxler bring their interests in gastronomy and design into a permanent physical space, adding a new restaurant concept to Ibiza’s Marina Botafoch.
